The purpose of the Appalachian Research in Business Symposium (ARBS) is to provide an opportunity for the business faculty of universities in the Appalachian region to share research interests, discover contemporary ideas, and build connections. This year, the ARBS Conference was held on the campus of East Tennessee State University on March 22-23, 2018. More than 80 business faculty
